PRODUCTION DELIVERY FULFILLMENT
All garments are handcrafted & made to order by me. After payment has gone through I will contact you with a measurement sheet and guide you for the sizing details I would need to make your item custom. Depending on the projects lined up, it may be longer but please be aware it will take about 2- 4 weeks of construction before shipping. Throughout the process, I will always be available to update you on the status and answer any questions.
CUSTOM PROJECTS
I can make anything CUSTOM. All my current items are all custom. After each purchase, I will contact you about sizing inquiries and discuss further in detail about specs. When it comes to designing something custom, I’m open to customizing anything if it’s based on my own design or you are inspired* and want to collaborate on a new design. I will not copy cat another designer hence inspiration only * all designs are original. PLEASE REMEMBER, STANDARD 2- 4 WEEKS TO PROCESS. I hand sew everything so please understand there will be a wait until I ship your custom order. Email me if you are interested or have any questions.
SHIPPING
After payment has gone through I will contact you with a measurement sheet and guide you for the sizing details I would need to make your item custom, standard 2-4 weeks processing before shipping.
Once I ship the item out, you are responsible to keep track of your package after you receive an email with your tracking number. Emails will be sent directly to the email you provide when placing an order. Please be sure that your email address is correct. I will be sure that all items are complete and top quality.
Any destroyed packages by postal services due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.
I am not responsible for packages that have proof of delivery and or signed for. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the postal service directly and dispute a case with them. I am always available to answer any questions.
All items currently will ship from Nova, Scotia Canada.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
All items are CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER. Meaning the time spent to handcraft an item to personally fit your body, should be considered before. If any hardware or stitching comes apart, if something does not fit you correctly please contact me right away and I will consider refunds or exchanges based on the situation if it's during a 4 month period.
Sinz in Leather is a fusion of cholita vibes and nostalgic 90's grunge. Inspiration from the streets of Toronto all way down to my El Salvadorian roots. It's an opportunity to dress up or dress down with little effort. All custom leather clothing and accessories are hand-crafted by me currently in Nova Scotia, Canada.
